talk to your doctor and ask about seeing a dermatologist. They can get you on medications that will really clear up your skin. i personally tried proactiv and it did not work for me! it severely dried out my skin and made it peel like crazy. I prefer the doc's orders. it takes patience though, but is definitely worth the wait with the results you get! The sooner you see a dermatologist, the better.

My ghostwriter says that if their from hell, talk to the devil about him getting custody back. But I say, get a needle, and when you see the red bump starting, poke it. Squeeze, and you'll get some pus before the white head every starts. Clean and Clear blackhead remover works great, and so does the CVS offbrand. ProActive works good too... but it all comes down to you.

Use proactive, also drink a lot of water, it cleans your skin and try to eat healthy food, it helps reduce oil from your body, don't try to get under the sun a lot the sun ray produces more acne or zits... also wash your face in the morning and night;D

I have went to the dermatologist and even with everything he prescribed, nothing has worked as well as Proactive. It is definitely worth a try. I have used it for years now and only have A very small occasional pimple.

Try to eat better (mayonaisse and chocolate are horrible for your skin, same as fried food), and wash your face day and night...
