depending on the site, yes.

it sounds like you are having a trust issue with your commissioner, since you asked about him changing HIS players and not someone else's. you should come right out and ask him. if doing that is against the rules you agreed upon, i'd bring it to the attention of the other managers as well.

some folks will stop at nothing to win.

The comish has more power than you think. I am not sure if you can change players like that and it show up immediately during a game, but I think he can change players at any time and also on anybody's team. This year I had to update a players lineup because he was hunting over the weekend and told me to watch a player that was listed as questionable. The player was inactive for the week and I put in his backup. this changed happened immediately, so I don't see why he wouldn't be able to make changes to his own team like that. I am not sure though because I haven't tried it out. Rich

if a players game who is in your starting line up he can not be replaced but if you have say 2 running backs that play the later game and you have one in you line up you can change the two if that game has not started yet. At least that's the way our league works

yea, they can...they have a tool, Edit Rosters, that allows them to edit any team's roster at any time for any week current and previous....
