There is only one "me" in the universe. Even if you had a clone, the clone would be a seperate and unique "me". One of the atoms in the clone's body may be the same kind of atom (say hydrogen) as yours, but they are not the exact same proton and electron and they are not in the exact same location at the exact same instant.
Do you recall the Pauli Exclusion Principle in basic chemistry? No two electrons can be in the same place at the same time? It is an extension of a deeper quantum law that states that not two particles of matter can have the same quantum numbers at the same time.
