Tylenol is OK. I took it when I was pregnant and my baby's OK. Be cautious about meds but not paranoid.
Also, get yourself a copy of What to Expect When You're Expecting. It is a great resource and gave me peace when I panicked about this or that. There is also a website
http://www.whattoexpect.com/public/what-to-expect-homepage.aspx
I found having the book reassuring, though.
Good luck, eat well for both of you, drink lots of fluids and rest when you need to!

Tylenol is the only pain reliever that you can take while pregnant. Anything that Tylenol brand makes is safe during pregnancy! I hope you feel better soon. But a temp of 102 or higher is not good for the baby at any point through pregnancy.

Ok. Tylenol is perfectly safe in normal doses but avoid Advil or Asprin. The fever shouldn't hurt the baby. Only high temps really affect the baby. If you want to take a cold medicine, be sure to ask your dr or pharmacist(let them know you are pregnant), but Tylenol Cold should be ok. Like I said ask first. If you trust this Dr. to deliver your child, you should trust her on the Tylenol.

I don't think a temp that low could hurt the baby, that I know of anyway. But it is perfectly fine to take tylenol or ibuprofen when pregnant, those are among the few things you can take when you're pregnant.

A very high temperature can be harmful if it's sustained for a long time. 102 isn't very high, though, especially if you can bring it down with Tylenol, the one drug that IS okay to take while pregnant. Don't take anything else, though, not ibuprofen, and especially not aspirin. Those are not okay. Just take care of yourself, drink lots of liquids, and take some cough drops if you need to (those are also okay to take while pregnant, but don't take any other cough medicine without asking your doctor first).

Tylenol is the only pain relief you can take when your pregnant. Its fine to take. You cant take Ibupofen however.(please dont take the ibuprofen like that one guy said) check out some websites on that. Especially in the last trimester. As for your cold, your fine. Every pregnant women gets bad colds. With my first baby , I didnt even know I was pregnant and I was coughing so bad, I thought I was going to die. I started to just drink Nyquil like crazy. It was a terrible cold. My son turned out just fine. Nothing wrong. Its Ok dont worry about it. Your doctor knows what you can take.

It isn't good to take medicine when you're pregnant but it more than likely isn't going to hurt the baby if you're taking the right amount and it's some thing like tylenol or aleve. It would hurt the baby worse to not take anything at all.

tylenol is the safest thing to take while pregnant. I mean that is what most docs say to take during your pregnancy. I am pretty sure your baby is fine. Your baby is fine when you are sick unless it is something drastic.
