Intra-personal: how the specific individual learns (him or herself)
inter-personal: how individuals learn as a whole (esp. between one another)

Intrapersonal is when you are able to understand someone’s feelings bc you have experienced it yourself

Interpersonal is when you understand a persons feelings but you have not been through it personally

This is in relation to learning bc you can learn from experience (intrapersonal) or learn from someone else’s experience and you understand (empathize) with what they are going through (interpersonal).

It’s a little hard to explain, but I hope that was clear

Not sure. I think interpersonal would be across the board, how you relate to everybody.

Then, intrapersonal would be relations just within you're own group?

These answers may not be homework worthy! Just a guess.

inter: between
intra: within

I haven't heard these words as terms for views of learning.. I think you mean social learning when you say interpersonal views of learning and intrapersonal views on learning would probably refer to classical conditioning and operant conditioning.. for learning processes, you may want to refer to a basic psychology textbook on learning; for social learning, you may want to look to a developmental psychology textbook for the work of Bandura on children's learning processes..

Intra means within, inter means between. So inside a single person, or between two people.
