Obviously keeping clean is important. But it will probably smell bad if you shave the area, regardless of how often you shower. The hair lets air circulate, which dries any perspiration and prevents stuff like fungus from growing there. (Fungus usually stinks.) No hair means the sweat can't evaporate, and the nasty micro-organisms have a perfect place to call home - and you smell bad as a result. So growing your bush is the best anti-stink technique there is, except soap and water.

Urgh,a rancid male nether region.Has the man of your dreams never heard of SOAP AND WATER?They have been around for some time now, tested and found to be perfectly safe. The water, unless very cold, does NOT result in permanent shrinkage and the soap presents no problems for people with a normal skin type.Buy him soap to show him how you really care or start wearing a peg on your nose as a hint.

Shaving the area can help. The hair holds in the natural odors. You could also suggest to him the he use odor absorbing powders. Sometimes a strong odor is sign of infection. If the odor persist he may want to see his MD

i used to have this problem when i was in highschool, and after trying many many things, i found that using "deoderant body powder" does the trick. you dont have to go crazy with it or nothin... its a waste of powder and it gets all over in the air; it makes it look like whitney and bobby are having a party in your bathroom. just a little bit where you need it and your good as gold! good luck!
