I cannot walk I have to use what ever is available to keep myself up but after 5 to ten minutes I can walk i seem to walk the pain off. This is happening more often like everytime now. I had spinal surgery 2 years ago. does anyone have any ideas. I don't believe it to be a pinched nerve.

Well...Unless a doctor chimes in here none of us can offer you good advice except to go to a doctor!!!
It could be any number of things. Sciatic nerve, facet joint, pulled muscle, bulging disc or herinated disc etc, etc.
I would make an appointment with the doctor that did your surgery 2 years ago and have him/her reevaluate you. Letting it go will only make it worse and it will take that much longer for you to get better.

first off what kind of surgery did you have? Nerve pain is very very painfull. If it is sharp or stabbing or transfer from one area to another it is usually nerve pain....I now use a walker with a seat on it and a wheelchair to move around..I hope you get better

Go see the doctor and see if he can refer you to a neurologist.
