If i person has always been blind , meaning they have never seen anything... what happends when they dream? do they see things in their dreams?

Well, I guess I am qualified to answer this question. I was born early and as a result do not have any usable vision other than just being able to see light. I dream of course and when I do I hear noises, voices, stuff like that. I do not see things but sometimes I can feel that someone is close to me. Blind people and dreams are a fascinating topic of mine. If you would like to ask me more questions please email me. I am glad you asked this question.

Yes, blind people do dream. What they see in their dreams depends on how much they could ever see. If someone has been totally blind since birth, they only have auditory dreams.
