Bad time management... no self-motivation...?

Question

I have to write this essay for English and I really don't feel like it... can you guys convince me in a nice way to do my essay?

And I thank everyone for their advice in advance =)

What motivates me most is grades. If you don't get good grades, you get into a mediocre college. You get a mediocre degree, you get a mediocre job, you get a mediocre wage. In the end, do you want to be happy RIGHT NOW (not doing your essay) or do you want to be happy ALWAYS after you get a good job? *shrug* Makes sense in my mind!!!
