Very slow to fill gas tank. Like there is no vent, nozzle keeps shutting off. Filler tube and vent hose have been replaced along with valve on filler tube. Don't see any kinks in any other hoses. Just started not filling for no apparent reason.

I have seen this on a Impreza wagon, but it was newer(2003).The pipe for vent inside tank came loose from tank and had to repace tank due to bad solder and was under warranty.Took some time and work to find it. There are a few other hoses under there that can cause this, check all for blockage or being pinched.

To check if pipe came off inside tank you have to remove the fuel pump and sending unit on the pass side cargo or trunk area. Then you can look inside tank with a flashlight and mirror and see where the lines come into tank.

How long has it been since you got the filler neck replaced?
Try positioning the nozzle differently. Try a different gas station. If the problem persists take it back to who put it in.

It's the gas stations with there pumps. I have a subaru impreza 99 and when I go to certain gas stations some of there pumps are real slow but it has nothing to do with the car.
