Avon has some great stuff and I'm not talking regular concealer. At least they used to. Also, Mary Kay has some but they are more expensive. There is actual stuff they have specifically for dark circles. Hope this helps you out.

If you've got really serious dark circles, like the kind I have, nothing will make them go away. People will tell you to sleep more, eat healthy, take vitamins etc. which all works if you have the kind of dark circles that pop up in the morning and are gone by breakfast. I've tried everything and nothing works, not even plastic surgery. Just settle to the fact that they are there to stay and just use a very good concealer. By the way, there is a new product called "Hylexin" which claims to remove dark circles. Don't get fooled by that. Its an absolute rip off. A huge scam. Didn't do a thing for me.

She's not asking how do you cover it up so theres no need to give her make-up advice or products that will help her hide the dark circles.I think heredity can be part of your problem, but that does not mean you are stuck with it.
*You need to get more circulation going in the dark circle areas: Lightly tap, with one or two fingers, on and around these areas a few times a day. This will help stimulate needed circulation. Moreover, if you improve your nutritional intake, this tapping will also bring richer blood to these tiny blood vessels.
*Use an Alpha-Hydroxy Acid cream under the eyes to encourage circulation and stimulation of cells. (Do not put the Alpha-Hydroxy too close to the eye itself, as your eyes may tear, and never on eyelids). This also aids in tightening of the skin itself, which will give the appearance of lighter circles as the AHA plumps up the tissues.
*Use a rich Eye Cream to nourish these delicate tissues at night.
