Hi all...

I'm a big fan of most music, but have often thought my collection lacked some good choral pieces... I know I like anything by Tallis (Spem in Alium in particular), so can anybody recommend anything similar or something intresting? Thanks!

Thomas Tallis's Spem in Alium is very unusual in that it is written for forty voices. Most of his music is for much smaller forces.

You could try his five part 'Lamentations of Jeremiah'. See if you can find a recording of the low pitch version for all male voices which is particularly sumptuous.
