Sure, but what kind of reaction are you hoping to get? She might scream. If she likes walking through spiderwebs, she might love silly string. If not, she might still like that you were goofy enough to surprise her.
In the summer, my brother used to hide out and when my folks came home from shopping he'd squirt them with a spray bottle. My sister went with them one day and when they came home, the 3 of them were armed with full water guns and surprised my brother. Beware the retaliation! :D
