Very different. A world of difference.
Be alluring is like, the flower to the bee. It doesn't do anything, it just stands there, yet the bee can't resist being near it, and as close as it can get, cause of it's sweetness and vibrance.
Sexy and Hot, have there place to, they work. But they are alittle like the caveman method of getting someone.
Like clubbing them and walking off with them.
They are fine, but you might not get anything besides sex. Cause' with those, you struck the bargain, not them. See?

Being sexy or hot just implies that someone can lust after your body.
Being alluring means that you are intriguing for not only your looks, but your attitude, your confidence, your intelligence, and other qualities.
