has anyone installed these two programs together, and if so has there been any problems
i like f-secure due to its i.e sheild flyer on the toolbar, this gives you a added sense of security, knowing that you are safe while on the net, also i like the inclusion of a spyware and rootkit scanner
i wasnt too sure if internet explorer 7 would install as f-secure normally blocks any changes made to browsers and i had forgot to unlock the i.e sheild ooops...but luckily it installed o.k
also ,has anyone any advice for using internet explorer 7,is there any add-ons or problems to expect

IE-7 has a "Phishing Filter" that can really slow down your surfing as it phones home to Microsoft on every website that you visit to get a safety rating.

It sounds like your F-Secure already has something similar, so I would torn off the IE-7 phishing filter.

And oh yeah, if you prefered the old style toolbars, here's how to get some of it back:

"Traditionalists, please note that Microsoft understands that you might like your standard toolbar the way it used to be. To return it to its pre-Internet Explorer 7 form, select Classic Menu, and the classic menu appears"

information superhighway Explorer 7 is greater take care of than version 6 yet nonetheless leaves plenty to be needed. I propose you preserve making use of Firefox for ordinary internet surfing yet save IE for web pages that require it like Microsoft replace etc.
