when ever I`am in town I always see a few woman with tight jeans, walking along wiggling their asses, yes I know I shouldnt be looking, but its more or less, in your face , men dont do it !!

Its to do with the weights of one's buttocks in relation to length of legs
The weight of the front counter ballance (the breasts) in relation to switng of arms
Both factors being dependent of the number of men watching.
So the wiggle varies according to who is looking but is definitely always there for women. We do have bigger bums than men so they have to absorb the shock of the foot hitting the ground as we walk.
The wiggle itself is just a shock distribution system.

We walk different than men. Alot of times if we think we look good we like to shake it a little to get attention from guys. Some chicks have fat butts that just shake by themselves when they walk. Also, women tend to wear tighter fitting pants and our asses are shaped differently than guys. They're rounder and bigger. I LOVE checking out men's asses but they don't wear tight jeans anymore like they did from the mid 60's to the mid 80's.

It's to get people like you to think about their backsides so much you have to talk about it online to get it of your chest.
Women are different from men - not only is the hardware different, but the software is too.
Anyway, I wouldn't stop anyone wiggling their backside if they choose to do that.

Because the female pelvis is a different shape to male making the angle of the hip joint different. This affects the motion when walking

That's because when most women become teens they start walking with one foot directly in front of the other, like this (R is right foot and L is left foot)

instead of off to the side a little like they had been, and this makes their behinds wiggle. I think they choose to walk this way on purpose because they know how they look from behind when doing it.
My sister denies this is true, but she's a skank like nicolle is, so I don't believe her.

well...........2 reasons
1..... some women wiggle it bcoz they know pple (men) are looking at them. Those women exagerate their movements
2..... Anatomically, men and women have some differences..
men have not hips, but women have, when we walk, our step makes us move our hips a bit, but this doesnt mean that we have to wiggle our *** "so much" as you said.
