2002 Honda Accord SE, 4 cylinder: Engine turns over; spark plugs fire; fuel pump was pulled out of vehicle and tested good; no trouble codes; did not hear fuel injectors clicking when cranked; never fires at all when cranked; no fuses blown; car has 89000 miles. Any ideas before it goes to the shop?

I can't hear it turn over, but if it turns over pretty well, but sounds "different", I would be looking at the timing belt.
Has it been changed?
Honda recommends replacement and service at around 60K.
They will go dependably (usually) 80K or more, but the 60K interval accommodates a little laxity and the necessity of a prolonged service interval.

Good Luck

Busted timing belt?

Spray some starting fluid in the intake.

If nothing happens, you've got big problems
