Gas a little, into gear (1st or 2nd), clutch up to biting point, and when safe to move off, release hand brake.

as you ease up on the clutch, you will feel the car start to move, that is the time, when you start to add a bit of fuel.

Your clutch foot starts comming up, your gass foot starts going down
