yea I do all the time, about 20-30 above the legal limit

Of course I drive above the limit. Everyone, except old ladies and the old men who drive old ladies around, does. Usually between 5-10 mph. I don't like to court a ticket, but I don't want my hind end run over either.

Try not to drive more that five mph over the speed limit. Only have had one ticket (for speeding) and one accident(didn't receive a ticket) in 54 years of driving
