Girls are done growing at about 13/14. You may get another inch. I was 5'6" by eighth grade and stayed that way.

Chances are that you will get a little taller. I am a half a foot taller then the rest of my family. I have a grandma that is only 5 feet tall and I'm 6' 2"

The best way to determine this is to look at BOTH sets of grandparents. Do you have a tall grandparent? Even look at your aunts and uncles on both sides. Go to yahoo and search for Gregor Mendel (sp?) and look at the information on genetics, traits, dominant/ recessive genes, and Punnet Squares and it will give you an idea. So, YES there is a chance that you will get taller. In face, if you're in 8th grade...it's almost certain!

Probably not. Usually when girls are in 8th grade, they stop growing. But I think I may have grown a tad more...or an inch. Im 5'4ish now (Im a sophmore in h.s.) and in 8th grade I was probably 5'3.

i stopped growing around 13 or 14....parents are 5'5" and 5'6"..i am 5'4" and my brother is 6'1". your genetics play a part in it as well...my brother took after the tall side, I took after the short side. you may grow a bit taller, but I wouldn't count on it. honestly being 5'4" is perfect to me. not too tall, not too short.
