im 15 and i like this guy who is 4 years older than me. I like him a lot and he tells me he feels the same way. He left to live in cali for a little while and im stuck at home here in hawaii, should i move on or wait for him?
i really like him and he says he wants me to wait for him.

Do not wait or hope. He's too old for you and you're too young for him. It's as simple and truthful as that. It's not about you being immature, it's that it's innappropriate for a 19 or 20 year old guy to be involved with a 16 year old girl and vice versa. You will actually have more to share with someone your own age.

He is too old for you honey. Move on. I don't know what the laws are in Hawaii, but he is asking a lot. If you aren't waiting for long-he shouldn't be having sex with a 15 year old. Do you even have anything in common? How do your parents feel about this?
You have the rest of your life to find the right guy. Don't settle when you're 15. And he could be cheating on you and you don't even know it. How long have you known him? Not that long, right? It's too soon to be waiting for someone or to love someone enough like this who could be cheating on you. He may never come back anyway. He could find someone else and then you end up with a broken heart. I'm speaking from 29 years of experience here...believe me...move on...thank me later dear!!

First, the people who point out that you're jail bait for him are pretty smart. You should be careful of this, because this man you love could go to jail if you two mess around in the wrong state and I'm sure you don't want that to happen to him if you love him.
Secondly, why not keep in touch with him? Just be aware that his feelings may change, and yours may also, but I don't see any harm in maintaining the friendship. It is up to the two of you to decide if you want to make the relationship exclusive at some point -- but I would wait until you are of a legal age to do that.
Concentrate on school in the meantime, and work hard on your grades. This will get you into a good school, help you get a good job, and then you will have the economic wherewithal to go anywhere you please, California if you wish, or elsewhere if you don't.

My best bet is to let him go. Even though he has the same feelings for you he is older and can do more things. He could always just stay in cali and find other girls. You are still young hunny and have plenty of time for guys trust me! =]

Are you formally going out? If you aren't, then you have no reason to be tied down. Wait, and see how your relationship works out. Do you think that he'll do his part to stay in contact? Is he loyal? Are you ready to be tied down to this guy?
Think about all this and make sure. I think that both of you are still young, see other people. If you aren't into anyone else, go back to each other. Its a good way to see if you guys really care about each other as deeply as you think.
And if it turns out you guys aren't, its okay! Move on and find someone else.

Girl move on. even if he is coming back you've gotta know he's messin with other girls in Cali.... You have PLENTY of time to meet someone else and have fun. Dont waste your breath or energy on this guy. You'll regret it.

If you can tell he really loves you and you love him back, stay in touch with him. But you're only 15! Don't get your hopes up too high! And if you can tell he's cheating on you, dump him and move on.

Why in hell are you thinking about boys. you are 15 you should be thinking about school and what college i want to attend when i am finish with high school. get your mind off boys and on your books.

most guys tell you they want you to wait for them. does he still talk to you? Make sure hes still coming back before you decide to wait for him cause if he does'nt plan on coming back but keeps telling you to wait, you gonna be waiting for the rest of your life.
