Most of the time, it depends on your genes. I have found that most taller guys are usually hung, however, there have been some short guys who have suprised me. As far as skin color, I have experienced the same variance with white as with black. Actually most white guys when they are in the calm state have more foreskin but expand more when completed excited. Other than that the only ones that have been on the tiny side are asians (sorry guys, you tend to be very small period)

depends on what the y order,, i mean if a white guy orders a 42 inch plasma tv ,, and a black guy orders a pizza the white guy will have the bigger package,, and vice versa

But for real, yes also. It's because black people have more testosterone (spl?) than white people. That's also why black girls are more aggressive than white girls.
