Almost every team in the Conference National is full time professional, so their players will earn decent wages.
But below that, most teams are semi-professional and their players all have other full time jobs, so they train maybe three nights a week after work. An average wage for most players at Rymans Premier level would be around £140 per week, with additional win bonuses. The richer clubs normally can afford to pay better wages, and former professionals would usually get more as well.
Actually, £10 entrance in the Rymans Premier League is excessive. Clubs at this level charge between £9 and £7 to stand.
