Sucrose is a three dimensional structure and so can only be partially represented using just the "double dot" per bond method.

A good image of the line and wedge method is at the site below. If you have to have just the dots, replace each line or wedge in the image with two dots.

That should do it. There is a missing C in the image. It's location is at the bottom of the top wedge (where three lines and the wedge come together).
