Probably a little over minimum wage(a dollar or a dollar and a half more?. These places do not pay very much but the work is not heavy and the clientele is not that bad either. The pay will get better as you work there longer.
I know someone who works there and is part of the geek squad. They format/ prepare all the computers sold by best buys, do consumer training etc. He loves his job. They pay a bit more.
If you are just starting out, do the best you can and try to steer yourself into the jobs you enjoy.

Typically, a job at a place like Best Buy is going to start you out at minimum wage. As for how much that is, you need to check into that w/ your state. (IE: here in California it is $6.75... Federal minimum wage is $5.15, so it won't be anything less than that)
You said you have no experience, but if you have any KNOWLEDGE of computers, appliances, etc. you should be able to speak with management (upon receiving the job) to figure out pay scales and what-not.

A friend of mine's son just got a job with Best Buy. Although he had no experience, they did start him out at 9.00 an hour. They are a great company to work for. My nephew has been with the company for 3 years. He started as a cashier and has been promoted a couple of times. He is now in management and, love's it.

That would depend on where you live.
I knew some guys working there. they were getting paid about 6.50/hr. their is no commission at best buy.
It also depend on the department. if your a cashier, or if you are in electronics, or computers.
