The only way it can be done is some one knows or has figured out your password. Your best bet is to change your password and if it keeps happening turn up your internet settings on you firewall if you dont know how to do that come right back to the same spot and we can assist you.

I suggest you change it as soon as possible.
If you have the "save password" enabled on your browser.....don't look too far away, it might be someone else using your PC.
People won't go through great lengths to do this remotely, unless you have your bank acoount or credit card numbers on your e-mail.
Go ahead and reset all your browser history, and Temp internet files....
tools>internet options...
Make sure you don't save your password on the computer....in other words, don't let it remember it.

well, if you give someone your e-mail address and password, possibility, that someone is reading your e-mail. you can tell by checking out your incoming and see if the e-mail is still in bold letters, cause if you already read it, it faded to the regular font...

plus if it happened that you are on line and suddenly everything disappear and your internet provider asking for your password, i think at the same time, the other is accessing your e-mail and that confuse your internet provider. thinking how could it be that you are already on line and someone else is accessing it again. so for security reason, they want to ensure that it is legit for you to be on line, same as the other..
