1. listen to some inspiring music.
2. go for a nice long brisk walk where there is some nice scenery.
3. help someone less fortunate than yourself to do something theyd like to do but cant. this will give you perspective on your
own situation.
4. have a strenuous workout, either at the gym or the park or wherever. this releases pleasure hormones into your bloodstream.
5. have sex with someone you really love. and/or eat a rich chocolatey dessert.

Fluorescent lighting has great mood changing effects, which we do not get when it is cold and yucky outside and we do not want to go outside.
Fish such as salmon gives us this too.
Music is good :0)
A good tear movie always gets me out of that stage...

female, purely sit down on my own for a jiffy in a comfortable room. do not imagine of the worst circumstances got here about immediately purely imagine about your mom, dad or your lover. Then take deep breath for 5 circumstances and then drink some water. Then surely your are going to get cooled down
