They watch your eyes, look at your hands, hair....listen for direct honest answeres, and they look at your shoes...seems silly but that's what they do.

Employers don't fail you. I would not say that they use tricks. They could ask questions where they can tell whether you are honest. If you tell the truth you should not have anything to worry about.
