Simply removing Chappel will not solve the problem. It is the team which has to perform. You can take the horse to pond and make him drink. The samesaying applies to Indian players any amountof coaching will not help. After players 326 test matches Sachin has to learn to play bouncing wicket, what is the use of past experience. Parthiv Patel is better than these so called big names.

i think its more to do with the players than the coach but i may agree wiht you coz a change in coach may bring some new belief and aegerness to win. Coz that team is full of talent and sometimes when they are in a commanding position, they just crumble like a deck of cards, see what happened today in S.A. they had dazzled the top order only to be put to the sword by the lower order guys and this was almost a repeat of the 2nd odi. and their batsmen really need to come to the party. maybe they may also consider a change of the captaincy or bringing sourav ganguly back in the team.

I do not think that sacking Greg Chappal and appointing another Captain will help to improve the Indian Team's performance.
The best think I can think of is to link the payment to the players based on their performance. Once this is done, plyers will be
be forced to perform to earn their payment.

i will strongly blame the gamers only for the debacle. i imagine that that's intense time BCCI take some harsh and formidable judgements to stress the gamers to go back out of convenience zone and earn their money with the help of appearing extra powerful. this can be plausible with the help of linking their charge to their performance. once the gamers comprehend that their charge isn't guaranteed and issue to performance each and every participant will conflict not difficulty-free to positioned up extra powerful performance.

couldn't agree more - he should be totally sacked and throw out of the team - just look at india's performance before he took over and after- there's hell and heaven difference of performance and more over he got rid of great players like zaheer to boost his personal ego - he's evil for Indian cricket team and the earlier niranjan shah & co. understand that , the better for indian criket.

YES,
BUT TO MAKE INDIA TO WIN IT HAS TO MUCH MORE.
WHAT?
DRAVID be removed from CAPTAINCY and ODI-Why?
The worst captain-
could not control SA from 6 wicket down for 76; finally SA made 275.
Any 18yrs child can do better job.
He made 63 in 103 balls and it is equvalent of 184 in 50 overs. This means he played for his retaintion in the team but not for win of INDIA.
HE SCORED +50 for 63 but SCORED (NEGETIVE) -100 for playing TEST Match in ODI.
The net score of dravid is (negative)-50. This means he can play TEST but he shall be removed from ODI side of INDIA.
Shri DHONI be made CAPTAIN- Why?
He scored 55 in 48 balls, this is equivalent to 344 runs in 50 overs. Therefore he played for win of INDIA. HE GOT 50 FOR SCORING 55, and 100 FOR PLAYING FOR WIN OF INDIA and not mere for his retaintion in the team.
THEREFORE DHONI WITH 150 MARKS OUT OF 100 WILL THE CAPTAIN IN THE NEXT ODI
Shri DRAVID WITH (-)50 SCORE SHALL BE DROPPED FROM ODI AND RESERVED FOR TEST ONLY.

Oh, so totally, yes please.
The earlier the better.
And while you are at it, give Dravid a break and get Sourav back to captaincy.
