I am guessing here because I don't know of any women who like to do this but maybe because it's like "pampering" them. Like when women go get their nails done they feel pampered.

I don't know why ALL woman like to paint men's finger nails but I like to paint their nails because I want to see what color is best. Sort of like experimenting. But when woman put on a color and dislike it and they have to erase it again and again it's really stressing. But for a man it probably isn't because they just have to erase it once and the woman doesn't have to worry about which color would match them best.

well all my guy friends painted all their fingernails in 5th grade! and guess what they did it themselves its not just women..they thought it was cool and it was for about 2 weeks..its a stage

I have never done this but I am going to venture to say that they want to do it just to see if you're stupid enough to LET them!
I like to have my man paint my toe nails for the same exact reason...I just wanna see if he'll do it!
