in your taskbar, it should have an icon about your internet connection. click on it and info about whatever you have (linksys, 2wire, etc.) will be displayed

O my. The best way to find out is get out of the chair, look at the computer, find all its cords that lead to something, and read the labels on those somethings. Linksys likes to print huge letters so you wont miss finding their name brand. It will be blue, and maybe have plenty of other wires connected to it. Oh bummer, I forgot about wireless. Hmmm- my answer is----
Ask everybody else who is using computers around you if the network router is a linksys. That would be better than going into start my computer, my network etc. Thats too much work.

Linksys is a disease characterized by black and blue objects suddenly appearing all over your house. They often attach to your computer and the cable or DSL modem.
There are several cures for this disease spawned by the CISCO company. That includes Airlink, Zoom, US Robotics, D-Link and Netgear.

its a brand of routers if your router and internet adapters says linksys then you have it
