Yes, as long as the community college offers that A.S.

Honestly what I would truly recommend is that you reconsider your career choices. Especially if you plan on becoming a doctor in the USA. only a very small fraction of those who start down this path actually finish. and even fewer are able to be successful practitioners. I would recommend that you find yourself a good job working in the medical field and work your way up that way. perhaps working for physician or a clinic and get some practical experience in how things work in that industry. If you still want to persue the education part, then go ahead, but if that crashes (as it does about 80% of the time) then you will be able to make it doing something else in your industry. But when you do decide to go, decide on which 4 year college u wish to attend, and then ask them what classes you should take at the 2 year college. then you will know what to take, and you wont waste your time and money on classes you dont need. Hope this helps. BTW: I went to college, I have a degree, and an engineering licence. and if I could do it all over again, I would never have gone.

you need a bachelor degree to get into med school you know... And coming from a community college really doesn't make you look good to a board trying to accept med school students. Get to a real college if you even want a chance of getting into med school. It's EXTREMELY competitive.
