Hi. I"m 16 years old and I haven't done my christmas shopping yet. But I do have in mind what I want to get half the people in my family. So here it goes, I wanted to hear what you all had to say. I'm just curious.

Mom:A Gospel CD and a Bath Set(Lotion, Shower Gel, bath beads, etc)
Father:His B-Day is on the 25th so I thought I would get him a Card and one of those Pratice Golf Mat things. He loves Golf.
9 Year Old Niece:I told her I would get her a Bratz Diamonds next year because I don't have the extra change. So I thought I would get her Barbie Toys
11 year old nephew:Mario Kart GBA and The All American Rejects CD
6 Year old Nephew: I don't know what to get him so my mother is getting him something
Brother and My Sister in Law:His and Her Something(Any Suggestions?)

And for my question,
1)What are some good His and Her Products at Walmart?

And for myself, I'm just going to Get The Janet Jackson CD "20 Y.O." and The New Ciara CD "Ciara: The Revolution" I'm not sure.

I'm not sure what the ciara CD is called. And I'm going to get the latest NOW CD.

And for the New Years, I thought I give a little New Years Eve Party to the children I listed above. I'm going to let them stay up late.

For The Food, Their going to have Nachos
And For Desert, Cupcakes and Vanilla Ice Cream

And for Ideas I'm going to buy like New Years Color Bags and let them Decorate it and put candy and things inside.

So This Holiday Year, I'm not thinking about just myself I'm thinking about the others in my family.

And Ideas I can use for their Party?

Thanks

His and Hers snow caps, scarfs, and gloves! As parents, adults etc. When it is you scrapping off the cars in the morning or getting the kids into the car etc. There is nothing better. If you have the extra change you can even get them embroiered at a local sewing shop. Check the Yellow Pages for seamstresses. When you call ask if they do embroiery, how much per word or letter, and how quickly they can have it done. It would be a nice touch and shouldn't cost too much per letter. In fact you could just get their initials!

For the Party, Why not try hot dogs for the main course instead of just the nachos. Or you can get some:
Small cocktail franks and barbecue sauce. Pour all contents into a crock pot and allow to simmer for about 2 hours b4 you serve.
Then serve chips and dip (Nachos would be good)
Fresh fruit with sweet chocolate dip.
Hot Cocoa or Fruit Punch
These are tested on my kids and are inexpensive ways to feed several kids in a party type atmosphere. They are also really good and good for them, (I know, boring mom stuff).
The cupcakes sound like a really good idea! There is a way to put a firework design on the tops in icing. So that when you hand them out it will look nice and festive!

Sounds like you have a good grasp at the age of 16 of what is truly important.
Hope This Helps!
Amy

Ciaras new CD is called the Evolution. A good his and her gift is a restaurantm gift card. Any finger food is good for a party. Make sure to have on the New year show. I think that it is on abc or cbs. Good music is a must and games, board games are good for all ages.

Well I got my husband this hot dog set. It cooks the hot dogs, steams the buns, and melts the cheese. It was under $40.00. I don't know how much you want to spend. You know also for your brother and sister-in-law a nice DVD gift set could also be fun, new DVD, popcorn, candy, 2-liter drink. That's a fun evening at home gift and that would be something fun for them to share. Or of course you could also do the DVD hot chocolate bit too. A romantic comedy is usually a good idea.

that sounds good but i think you should get your niece the Bratz instead of getting yourself anything. You are going to get gifts so tis probly isnt the time to get anything for yourself.....? it sounds like a good plan though i love walmart
