Buy a new mobile phone (the one I've got is crap). Probably give the rest to charity.

pay off bills, pay off sisters student loans for her, give each of my brothers a million a piece, go back to school for something creative,
pay back mom and dad for helping me when I needed it. Buy myself a new ride but nothing flashy just something very dependable, give myself a make over since i've been sick. buy some new clothes,
and donate a portion to a neurological charity. Oh... and buy my cat some new toys and one of those towers they like to climb on.
