I have tried to download iTunes but when I press 'Run' an error message comes up saying:
"Files/Content.IE5/OLUJO1UF/iTunesSetup[1].exe is not a valid Win32 application"
Help! What does this mean? I have updated Windows Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player which is what others have recommended me to do but it didn't work. Somebody has mentioned a Windows Service Pack 2, what is this and will it help?
Thanks in advance for your help!!

Go to www.apple.com and click on the IPOD tab. Download the latest version. When asked choose Save (not Run) and pick a folder to save it to (I use one called Zips). When download completes go to the folder where you saved it and click on the Itunes setup icon. Hope this helps

I think iTunes is the free program that best suits your need. You can use and download music and videos with it. Get one of the latest version here: http://j.mp/1pjVAii

This usually means that the software has not downloaded properly - try downloading again.
