Start taking some basic classes, like all your maths and English classes. Then talk when the career counselor at the college to help you decide what degree would be right for you. Get your basics out of the way so that when you do decide you won't have to worry about them.

Depending on your situation, pick a school that you think would give you the best options in various programs and take some general education courses in subjects you're interested in. Otherwise, you can pick a school close to home and do the same. The latter is preferable if you're worrying about money to pay for school.
