Do some voluntary work, I started three years ago, and I love it, you will get more out of it than you will,ever imagine....I have made lots of new friends ,have overcome challenges and I have found out more about myself ...and yes, its a very positive experience...go for it........I only give one day a week but if it makes a difference to someone its worth it.

The best challenge that can last a life time is to find the missing X-Files that is out there in planet of apes.
X-Files is not only in tv series.
The real thing that taste like coke is out there.

set yourself challenge each year
make the challenge different each year - one year physical next year mental
set challenges that will stretch you but are realistic
do things for charities so more than you benefit
