I need to sell mine! 17'' brown wassel, medium/wide fit (fit fat Fell pony). Put it in the free adds and Western Morning News but no takers!

Try listing on e-bay or aon horsecity.com
English are sometimes harder to sell as they only fit certain horses. A med/wide tree would not fit on my Thoroughbred.
I have never heard of a Wassel.
When I needed an English I shopped on e-bay for quite some time until I found what I needed.

Most people wont take the chance of buying a saddle this way - the best way is to take your saddle to a local tack shop - ask them to sell it on your behalf and allow them to take a commission.
Buying tack online/privately is risky as if there is a problem with the item afterwards they dont have any comeback or guarantee with it.

Post an ad on Craigslist.org. That way local buyers will see it, and you'll most likely get someone interested.

i dunno....i'm looking for a leather saddle but i got a heavyweight gypsy cob so i doubt it will fit.have you tried putting it on ebay??,although they are going for very cheap on there....goodluck...xx

i would love an old english saddle. 'cept it needs to be 18" and i woul rather it was black. :(
