This sounds like the famous "Milgram" experiment. Deferrence to authority is a powerful and potentially dangerous force in many people's psyche. If this outweighs empathy and pity for the victim, offending can occur. See Garofalo's criminology.

God would be the authority for suicide bombers to go to heaven, while killing others

like a juge hurting some one by sending them to

I like this question but you are not clear enough in what you mean, people like to "get one over" on other people who are "higher" than themselves. It makes them feel good. That is human nature

Do you have voices..?...Authority cant make you do something you dont want...Is this about that experiment where people were told to give electric shocks to others...unbeknownst that they weren't really hurting them...oooohhhh...what was that exp. called?

because they have hurt you. because you envy them. i dont get the last part of your question though. do u mean u would hurt someone because it is part of your job? i.e police?
