I may not be a creditable source, but IMHO, the Feds should leave the economy to seek it's own level.

They are considering more taxes. Much to my chagrin, when they talk of taxing businesses, even the oil companies, the American public is being hood winked. Who in hell does anyone think pays all taxes? It sure as hell doesn't come out of the business pockets. Taxes are a part of operating expense.

I remember when businesses paid 50% of net profits to the government. That $$$ amount was included in the retail price of merchandise.
The average business tries to net a 5% net profit. With 50% tax, thay had to generate a 10% net, in order to pay 1/2 to the government.

Does that take a brain surgeon?

Any tax increases on business WILL be passed on to the consumer. You, and me.
