i like MAC's black eyeliner. they have this thing called fluid line and you use an angle brush to apply it and i swear by it. it just takes a couple minutes to apply and it's there for the rest of the day and doesn't start to bleed

The best one I've used is Jafra, goes on smoothly and easily. But, I can't find it anymore. No reps around here.

i use remmel, ive been doin eyeliner 4 awhile and it looks very good! cuz u dont want 2 much cuz u'll look gothis. and this stuff doesnt smudge, its water proof 2! my eye makeup remover can barley git it off! its rly good!
