why whether it be human babies or baby kittens why are their eyes always blue when born??

Maybe the colour of the eyes are the last thing to fully develop and the genes are still deciding what colour they should be.

not all babies have blues eyes either depending or race or whatever like me i don't have blue eyez i have brown ones and kittens that is another story some may come out with different clolor eyes though
