This is actually rather simple. Help women to realize there own power. Teach women that there thoughts and opinions matter. That through their votes they can change the world.
It really is sad how many girls and women today do not believe that they can make a difference in the world. And they never will if they do not stand up and try.

Condi Rice will never be even nominated for president because of her implication with Iraq and the Bush administration. As history unfolds, the American people are going to realize more and more what a terrible mistake that was, and how we were lied to because of Bush's personal agenda. As far as empowering women--that has nothing to do with increasing the likelihood of a female president. When a good, qualified candidate comes along, she will have a chance. It ain't going to be Hillary or Condi, and there's no one on the horizon, so it's going to be at least eight years.

You don't need to "empower" women. If you want a woman taken seriously as a leader, the last thing you want is to find out she was given preferential treatment, just because she was a woman, throughout her carrier.

We could have a female president in 2008 if Condi Rice would run. She's the only woman I would vote for.

Be careful not to fall into the trap of thinking that equality in this area is merely the responsibility of women. Historically speaking the most sucessful equal rights movements involve not just the minority but the majority too. In this case, we need to convince male voters that not every potential female candidate is a Hillary Clinton.

There have already been great women leaders, but perhaps a better question is whether or not we want a menopausal female like Billory to have access to the launch codes.

We don't need a female president. I would never vote for one. They are to wimpy in war and other areas.
