There is NO service or programs I know of for that.Outlok and ,outlook express mail has the receipt thing but if the receipant don't reply to you it don't work

Go into your email program and click on "Tools" then after Tools opens click on "Options" and under Options click on "Receipts" and in the Receipts click on the circle that states "Request a read receipt for all sent messages," That way when a email is sent and read, you will get a returned email notice that it was read. If you send email to a person, and you do not get any Receipts, then that person is deleting your email of has blocked them and does not open you email. Good Luck!

It is a built in service you simply have to check mark under tools--options --accounts---receipts
