I can't figure out how to use your system, it won't let me vote & I can't seem to find out how to email the qu

I'm trying to figure out your system, why can't I email some of the questioneers or vote, I would also like to post my comments

To be able to vote you need 250 points or greater to do all this you are asking. Keep answering some more questions and eventually you will get there.
