The Ashes series will be upto 6th January, 2007. It is a 5 test series and the 5th test will be played from 2nd to 6th January, 2007

then comes England, Australia and New Zeland series which ends on 13 Feb

5 5 day matches spread over a couple of months. or if the way it's going a couple of weeks by englands performance
