$c is easier, especially if you are rich.

UCLA has the most applications of any school nationwide.

If you are doing anything besides business, UCLA is your choice.

At UCLA on 23 percent of people that apply get in and at USC 27% of people that apply get in...two very competitive schools.

If you're from California, the acceptance rate for UCLA is much higher than if you're from out of state; USC's, however, doesn't depend on what state you're from (as it's private). I would keep that in mind.
