It would help to know the specifics, or at least general details. The best way to deal with problems, though, is communication. If someone hurt you, tell them, then let it go. If you're upset about something, talk through it and figure out why it is you're so upset. If you're feeling down, find out what triggered the emotions, and decide how you can move forward and make things better. The question is very vague, so the answers you get will be very generalized. Sorry.

try and see the problems as a learning process, try and see the problems with a different perspective. never ignore a problem or walk away from it, as it just seems to get much worse. problems all can be solved in some way or another, many people pray and ask for help from above when they just can't deal with something.

The first step in dealing with your problems is to at first accept them. Once you have finally accepted them, then you can learn to recognize and deal with them. Once you start to deal with your problems, then you can finally change. Sometimes it is very hard to deal with my problems, but it takes strength and will power. So to answer your question, yes, with a lot of strength, I do deal with my problems.

Take a deep breathe and think about one problem at a time. Try talking to a friend, family member or your mate. Someone is always out there willing to listen to what is bothering you. Remember, don't get all stressed out, stay calm and talk to someone. Good luck

Accepting it. Dealing with it. And then getting it off your chest. Life's much easier when you get them resolved quickly. Procrastinating really doesn't help.
