Cal Berkeley has the Haas School of Business, and it routinely ranks in the Top 10 business programs nationwide. UCLA has the Anderson School of Management, and it is top tier as well, but ranks below Haas.
I'm not even going to bother explaining UCR and UCSC -- they're two of the worst schools in the UC system and not worth my consideration.
Haas and Anderson's MBA programs are great and all, but there's a big difference between their undergrad programs. Haas actually has an undergrad business program. Anderson only offers accounting.
Haas ranks 7th, Anderson ranks 10th according to the US News and World Report rankings of MBA programs. http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/grad/rankings/mba/brief/mbarank_brief.php
