I heard that highway ran thru Kansas. Who is building that highway? When do they plan to open it, and for what purpose?

Bad idea in my opinion. Too many open security issues to be a serious matter but apparently, I am in the minority for feeling this way. This project, although not shrouded in secrecy, was not given the usual fanfare of publicity something of this magnitude normally would receive. No doubt, some will claim it is part of the NWO agenda, some will claim collusion between the leaders of the three nations involved, I don't know. I do know the whole idea sounds like a colossal waste of money and resources to no good end.

Interstate #5 is the western most highway which runs from the international border with Mexico to the Canadian border at Blaine, Washington. It is a modern 3&4 lane highway which runs through many towns and cities which have rest stops, fuel stations and motels available along the route.

You are referring to Bush's "secret plan" to create a North American Alliance between our 3 countries. AKA porous borders.

When members of Congress were asked this same question a month ago, they all stated they knew nothing about it.

It came out last Friday that Homeland Security will now be requiring Canadian & Mexican residents to have a passport before crossing the border. Guess that's that.
